Dans le cadre de l’entreprise Astek, une activit\u00e9 ‘light painting’ est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 un\u00a0groupe de collgeues pour cr\u00e9e des liens et faire du r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance se fait avec\u00a0la paille de fer comme source de lumi\u00e8re \u00e9tincelante :
\nDans un grand champs ouvert, \u00e0 la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit, chacun sera muni d\u2019une source lumineuse en paille de fer (‘steel wool\u2019 en anglais), qu\u2019il ou qu\u2019elle pourra tourner en grand cercle pour r\u00e9pandre les \u00e9tincelles. Dans une seule prise, les mouvements de chacun\u00a0composent des cercles de feu connect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Manso created this team building activity with her light painting for the human resource comapny Astek, based in Sophia Antipolis, France: <\/strong><\/em>
\n“We use\u00a0steel wool as a sparkling light source during our first session. Meeting at night fall in a large open field, each person is furnished with a steel wool utensil to spin\u00a0in a circle.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
