Light painting with New York fashion designers ThreeAsfour, known for combining tech innovations with spiritual equations came together thanks to Chloe Blackshire’s work with them.
The Vesica Piscis Light Dress!

Inspired by the vesica piscis shapes of the dress, I developed plexi light tools and choreographed designs specific to this symbol, to perform live at Mana Contemporary Art Center.

One of the many meanings of the Vesica Piscis, is the opening to consciousness, it reflected my present state, as if I stood before the start of understanding in it’s endless layers yet to unfold.
The dress is designed with the mathematical measurements of the overlapping circles from the vesica piscis symbol, which I in turn mimicked with my light wand interlacing with the model.
The set-up included a projection of the in-camera view, where you can see the light traces appear in real time.
